Our partnership is established by having sit downs with HR managers, supervisors and business owners to analyze current workforce issues our partners are facing.
We do walkthroughs of all our clients’ facilities in order to get a better understanding of the environment our employees will be working in to provide the perfect match.
We also request / make job descriptions for all employee positions, so employees know their responsibilities before their arrival for work.
Once the needs of our potential partners are identified, our recruiters at R&D Personnel begin using a customized screening process developed by R&D Personnel to find the best candidates available.
