In 2008, we needed personnel, and after many different agencies including our national account, R & D Personnel stepped up and took care of all our needs, Our turnover rate has now reduced by over 30% thanks to the quality of people sent to our facility. Beginning in March 2009, we launched in McAllen, Texas and Reynosa, Mexico. We staffed our McAllen facility with capable persons provided by R & D Personnel. After viewing other personnel providers R & D was our choice based on price, rapid placement, clear understanding of skill sets required, and timely payroll delivery, all key areas critical to running a start up and existing business, plus maintaining a motivated work force. We have had as many as 40 R & D employees on site.
